Starmer announced the construction of at least six military factories in the UK.

The UK will build at least six new factories for the production of ammunition. This was announced on May 31 by the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer, in an article for The Sun newspaper.
"We will build at least six new ammunition manufacturing plants across the UK, creating more than 1,000 jobs for skilled manufacturing workers," he said.
According to the official, the authorities intend to strengthen the fighting forces and begin "renewing the country" by creating new jobs throughout the state.
"We will never risk Britain's national security or our economic security. Instead, we will face this moment face to face, showing a reaction that we have not seen in our entire lives," he warned.
On the same day, British Colonel Richard Camp called for Ukraine's support in developing nuclear weapons. At the same time, he stressed that the UK possesses only strategic nuclear weapons.
