After the collapse of a post on a train in the Bryansk region, Russian Railways created an operational headquarters. The organization announced this on June 1 in the Telegram channel.

"Russian Railways has set up an operational headquarters <...> and passengers are being evacuated at the scene," the statement said.

It is specified that the train crew provides assistance to the victims of the incident. Recovery trains were also sent to the scene of the accident.

The collapse of the bridge with cars on it onto the Klimov–Moscow passenger train occurred on the evening of May 31. The governor of the region, Alexander Bogomaz, reported that there were casualties. After the incident, the Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor's Office announced the start of the inspection.
