In Zhytomyr, near a supermarket, a man threw a grenade at a group of people and fled the scene of the crime. This was announced on May 31 by the press service of the main Directorate of the national police in the Zhytomyr region.
It is specified that on May 30 at 22:30 Moscow time, the police received a report of an explosion near a supermarket on Mira Avenue in Zhytomyr. According to the ministry, six residents aged 22 to 42 years were hospitalized in medical institutions with injuries. Investigators have opened a criminal case on the attempted murder of two or more people.
"The establishment of all circumstances and the search for persons involved in the crime continues," follows from the publication in the Telegram channel.
Earlier, on May 27, an explosion sounded in one of the courtyards of the Obolonsky district in Kiev. It was reported that no injuries were found as a result of the incident.
