The Magistrate's Court in Moscow on Saturday, May 31, recovered from opera singer Maria Maksakova (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) arrears in taxes and fees on the claim of the Federal Tax Service (FTS). This is reported in the electronic database of magistrates of the capital.
"The judge granted the claim of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 3 in Moscow to Maksakova-Igenbergs Maria Petrovna for the collection of debts on taxes and fees," the publication clarifies.
The amount of the penalty was not disclosed, she added "Газета.Ru ".
The media, citing the Presnensky Court of Moscow, reported on May 23 that a new administrative protocol had been received against the singer who had left for Ukraine for violating the law on foreign agents. It was noted that the protocol was drawn up upon the fact that the foreign agent had failed to provide information about himself to the authorized body. For this, the singer faces a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles.
The artist left the Russian Federation in May 2022, and a year later the Ministry of Justice recognized her as a foreign agent for calling for the overthrow of the current Russian government and advocating the transfer of weapons to Ukraine.
