The calculation of the UAV of the Dnepr group of forces destroyed the self-propelled guns of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region

Calculations of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Dnepr group of forces destroyed a self-propelled artillery installation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kherson region. This was announced on May 31 by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"The operators of the [Lancet] barrage munition, having received the coordinates, immediately launched and began combat operations. A few minutes later, the self—propelled guns of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed," the department reported.

It is specified that the target was discovered during a planned flyby of the territory using the Zala reconnaissance drone. It was then that we managed to detect the enemy's self-propelled guns disguised in the forest belt.

"At first, Zala is an intelligence complex, no matter how unified it is. The sky is being monitored, and an object is being searched. <...> After that, a rapid response team is already on its way, and it is in the area of action. And it quickly launches this wonderful unit, which has been working with us for a long time," explained the operator of the attack drone with the call sign Zhuk.

Earlier, on May 27, the Msta-S self-propelled gun crew hit the AFU command post in the Red Army area. The gunners received the coordinates for the strike from the reconnaissance units and UAV operators. After that, 152 mm shells were fired from a camouflaged firing position.
