During the session "Startup mentality. How can corporations innovate?" Kristina Kostroma, Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of Moscow, told how Moscow helps technology businesses.
"Now is the age of partnerships. They are needed to speed up the process of finding ideas and implementing them. Moscow and the Moscow Innovation Cluster are also a large ecosystem. First, we are at the beginning of the funnel, and a huge number of entrepreneurs are turning to us for support: preferential loans, subsidies, venture investments, and so on. We help about 80,000 entrepreneurs a year. Secondly, we have a substantive technological expertise, we can determine whether a startup has potential. And third, our ecosystem helps support startups. In other words, we help businesses save money. Therefore, I urge everyone to cooperate with the Moscow Innovation Cluster," the speaker said.
Rostelecom's Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board, Darius Khalitov, took part in the discussion, mentioning the companies' existing experience in innovative developments.
"Most companies already have a well-established basic infrastructure for working with innovations. For example, Rostelecom has an accelerator through which we process a huge amount of ideas. Hundreds of cases have a real landing. For example, we have one startup, a Skolkovo resident in the field of AI," the expert said.
The session "From coffee and biscuits to protection and confidence" attracted a lot of attention from the participants.: How can businesses stay efficient in the age of burnout?" about new tools for caring for employees in the age of burnout, including psychological support and insurance, and their impact on team productivity and loyalty.
"Insurance is a universal way to take care of employees, but there is no limit to perfection. We have developed an innovative tool in the employer's portfolio that allows you to simultaneously make insurance a personal benefit and get a unique analytical tool for HR leaders - KartaZol, which will allow you to learn more about employee concerns and reach a new level of corporate concern," said Andrey Varnavsky, head of the Ingosstrakh Financial Technology Center.
Head of Internal Communications at DOM.Russian Federation Anna Rogacheva emphasized the importance of an integrated approach in the prevention of burnout.
"For the HOUSE.In the Russian Federation, corporate sports, which is supported at the management level, is an important tool for protecting employees from emotional burnout. This is a great resource for preventive stress management, and there is a request from employees for this. We have had sports clubs and interest groups for many years, and our colleagues take part in a large number of tournaments, sports contests, and races, which has a great effect on motivation. Traditional protection tools such as VMI, psychologist in the office and online are also used. But it is important that the approach to employee health is systematic, combining sports, corporate events, and health care programs," she said.
