"Russian Emergencies Ministry investigators and specialists from the fire testing laboratory are working on the site," the department's Telegram channel says.
As a result of the incident, one woman was killed. 10 people were rescued, including a child. Another 51 residents, eight of them children, were evacuated. 13 apartments were damaged in the fire.
