A suspect in the preparation of a terrorist attack in Moscow has appealed against his arrest.

A suspect in the preparation of a terrorist act on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services in Moscow appealed the arrest. The Moscow City Court was informed about this on May 30.

"On June 10, the Moscow City Court will consider an appeal in the interests of <the defendant> against the ruling of the Kuntsevsky Court of Moscow," TASS quoted the message.

The prevention of a terrorist attack in Moscow was reported earlier that day. According to the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation, as a result of the search, a mobile phone was seized from the suspect, on which correspondence with the curator of the Ukrainian special services was found. In addition, law enforcement officers examined a pre-prepared cache and seized an improvised explosive device (IED) from there.
