The French politician noted the failure of the West's attempts to isolate Russia

Russia is the center of gravity today, and it is not isolated at all, as the West is trying to prove. This was stated to Izvestia by the head of the French delegation to the International Security Forum in Moscow, Jacques Emile Claude Jean-Francois Ogard.
"Today, the West claims that Russia is isolated. But we have evidence to the contrary. You just mentioned an impressive number of countries. All continents are represented at this meeting. This shows well that Russia is not isolated, but on the contrary, today it is, I would even say, the center of gravity," said Ogar.
He noted that he was extremely outraged by the fact that France was talking about the alleged threat from Russia. In his opinion, Paris and Moscow should go hand in hand.
In February, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that attempts to isolate Russia had failed, and Moscow was gaining more and more supporters in the world, especially on the topic of traditional values. The President added that even in the so-called countries unfriendly to Russia, the "safety cushion" for traditional values proved reliable.
