The crew of a helicopter of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) destroyed the control center for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on May 30.

The ministry clarified that the reconnaissance unit of the Zapad group of forces had discovered an enemy UAV control point in one of the DPR settlements. After that, the coordinates of the target were transferred to the army aviation.

"The crew of the Russian Aerospace Forces helicopter carried out a strike with a light multipurpose guided missile (LMUR) at the specified coordinates. As a result of an accurate strike, the enemy UAV control center was destroyed," the message says.
