"We can say with confidence that the fund has become such an effective tool in addition to the state guarantee program. And the Russian Federation has taken a leading place in the world in terms of the availability of orphan drugs for patients with serious illnesses," the head of the foundation told the president.

According to Tkachenko, the foundation has contributed to the treatment and active life expectancy of children who return not just to life, but to a life that brings joy.

Some of them came under the control of the financing of the Circle of Goodness Foundation.
