- The media learned the contents of the Ukrainian memorandum on the settlement of the conflict

Ukraine's memorandum on conflict resolution implies a cease-fire on land, at sea and in the sky. This was reported by The New York Times on May 30, citing an unnamed representative of Kiev.
"A senior Ukrainian official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said that the memorandum includes provisions on a cease—fire on land, at sea and in the air, and monitoring will be carried out by international partners," the material says.
In addition, according to US President Donald Trump's special envoy for Ukraine, the document includes 22 conditions.
Earlier, on May 30, the head of the office of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, Andriy Ermak, said that the country's delegation was ready to hold the next meeting with Russia, subject to the provision of a memorandum. He stressed that four days are enough to prepare and send the documents.
On May 28, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced that the second round of talks between Russia and Ukraine would be held in Istanbul on June 2. In addition, he expressed the hope that all parties interested in the success of the peace process would support the holding of a new round of discussions.
