RBC presents a new list of heroes of the RBC Visionaries project

On May 30, the RBC Visionaries project presented new project heroes in seven categories: fashion, food and wine, culture, travel, beauty and health, design, architecture and urbanism. This year, the list includes 26 new names and teams, including those in the new category of Architecture and Urbanism.
RBC Visionaries is a library of people and ideas who are changing the environment around them. Each character has his own scale and experience, but everyone is united by a visionary view of their favorite business. They know how to see — new opportunities, unexpected decisions, turning points. The project tells about these people and unites them into a community, creating a field for dialogue, research and events.
The RBC Visionaries project began in 2024 with more than 40 heroes in six categories. It develops as an open library of people and ideas around which RBC creates an event and communication platform. After being added to the list of heroes of 2025, it expanded to 96 names and teams.
The Expert Council was joined by the names of urbanist Sergei Georgievsky, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture Nikita Tokarev, expert Alexey Shchukin, architectural critic Anna Martovitskaya and architect Oleg Shapiro.
The selection of visionaries is carried out by the editorial board of RBC Style together with an independent expert council. The project includes the following categories: fashion, culture, gastronomy, travel, beauty and health, design, architecture and urbanism. Among the experts are journalist and media manager Yuri Saprykin, head of Fashion at the HSE School of Design Anzor Kankulov, founder and president of the annual Moscow Gastronomic Festival Igor Gubernsky, travel expert Victoria Shelyagova, founder of 3L Gallery Natalia Maslova, author of a professional blog about beauty trends and aesthetic medicine BeautyAD Anna Dycheva and others. Each expert suggests candidates and participates in their discussion. The list will be updated twice in 2025. The project remains open to suggestions: you can nominate a visionary through the form on the website.
A two-day project program is taking place at the RBC Events Center on May 31 and June 1. The installation "The Way of the Visionary", created in collaboration with the newnow curatorial group, transforms the stories of the characters into a route of seven zones. The visionaries of the project also participated in the installation: The Brusnikin Workshop prepared the audio performance guide "The Way of the Visionary", as well as the audio installation "Glas" - voice messages in hanging tubes that convey the living experience of the characters and explore the concept of visionary art; the Chambers gallery developed ornaments for the "Airbag" area, combining archival patterns and folklore motifs. from the regions of Russia; the SoundUp festival team has prepared an audio accompaniment for the installation.
In parallel, there is a public program: meetings with heroes and experts about leadership, caring, sustainability and teamwork. Among the participants are Fekla Tolstaya, Mikhail Ivanov "Subscription Editions", Artyom Filatov ("Quiet"), Evgenia Volyanskaya ("Space of Evolution"), Maria Sinitsyna (Brusnikin Workshop), Dmitry Zhurkin (Berrywood), Roman Krikheli (Superposition®), Ruslan Yusufov (MINDSMITH), Andrey Sharonov, Julia Loboiko ("Chambers"), Olesya Eichmann ("Hills") and Ekaterina Zinchenko (Pure Sense) and others. The partners of the public days are the Cooper food delivery service and Cellini coffee. The program and tickets are available on the project's website.
In May, the "This is a Sign" campaign was launched — a series of posters in an urban environment with phrases inspired by the ideas of visionaries and the themes of the project. The collaboration continues the mission of the project — to share points of view that shape the current cultural agenda and invite reflection beyond the installation.
