Earlier, on March 19, Fyodor Vasiliev, an expert, founder and CEO of Glavsnab, told Izvestia that the construction of a turnkey private house in 2025 would cost Russians 40-55 thousand rubles per 1 square meter. This is an average indicator, since the price depends, among other things, on the region, the materials used, and the workload of construction crews. At the same time, it is most profitable to start construction in the off—season - in autumn or early spring, when the demand for contractors' services is lower and prices for materials are more favorable.
