More than 65 companies joined the Technostage project in Moscow

Moscow industrial enterprises actively cooperate with the leading universities of the country. More than 65 companies from various fields, such as microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, machine tool industry and others, are participating in the Technostage project, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said.
"As part of this partnership, students gain not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills by participating in real projects," Sobyanin wrote on the Telegram channel. He stressed that participation in the program makes young professionals more in demand in the labor market. At the same time, enterprises find promising employees and solve current production tasks.
The Technostage project was launched in 2022 on the basis of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. Over the years of its operation, more than 1.5 thousand people have completed practical training. Moscow's SEZ and enterprises have signed more than 30 agreements with leading educational institutions in the capital. In particular, a partnership has been established with MAI, MIPT, Bauman Moscow State Technical University and others.
Also, training programs and practice-oriented groups are formed by one of the leaders of the space industry, the Khrunichev State Scientific and Scientific Center, the mayor said. There are 384 students in them, about 100 combine their studies with work under the guidance of mentors. The company annually accepts more than 70 young specialists.
In addition, students can complete internships and graduate projects under the guidance of specialists from the scientific center of the cosmetics factory Svoboda. Diploma defense takes place at the enterprise, and the best graduates are offered vacant positions. The company also supports student startups by providing resources and expertise, Sobyanin noted.
