Over 200 students were removed from the Unified State Exam in two days.

Over 200 participants of the Unified State Exam (USE) were suspended in the first two days of the exams, 70 of them were removed due to the use of communication tools. On May 30, the head of Rosobrnadzor, Anzor Muzaev, told reporters.

"Following the results of the first two days of the exam, on May 23 and May 27, over 200 people were removed from the exam, 70 of them for using communications equipment," he said.

According to him, the number of children trying to bring in means of communication for the exam is not decreasing every year. Muzayev also noted that this figure remains stable.

According to eyewitnesses, in a Sverdlovsk school, a ninth-grader had to take off her clothes to her underwear to confirm the absence of a phone.

On May 29, Rosobrnadzor told Izvestia how teachers should act when a metal detector is triggered on the Unified State Exam and the OGE. The department noted that inspection and search of students are unacceptable during the exams.
