It is very important that in the year of the 45th anniversary of the aviation base, we received another batch of modern Mi-35M helicopters," Major General Sergei Frolov, chief of the General Staff and First Deputy Commander of the Belarusian Air Force, is quoted as saying on the department's Telegram channel.

The general clarified that today this helicopter is capable of performing the full range of combat missions.

"Our task is competent, accurate rearmament planning and an adequate response to all challenges and threats," concluded the Chief of the General Staff.
