SOGAZ clients have chosen the best clinics of 2024

SOGAZ insurance company has awarded 255 medical institutions in Russia with the "Clinic of the Year 2024" badge, the company's press service reported.

The laureates were determined based on the assessments and reviews of the insured under the LCA on the platform of the mobile application "SOGAZ — health and insurance" for 2024.

"We strive to provide the best service to our customers and expect the same approach from our partners. The most objective assessment of the quality of medical services can only be given by the insured who applies to the clinic for help, so our rating is based solely on the opinions of real people and their client experience. Therefore, we are especially pleased to mention the medical institutions that our insured people like," said Maria Berlova, Executive Director of SOGAZ.

According to representatives of the insurance company, each insured person can evaluate the clinic after visiting a medical institution for VMI. The rating takes into account the satisfaction with the quality of medical care and the service of the medical institution, the willingness to recommend the clinic, as well as the number of votes. All reviews and ratings are displayed when viewing clinic data in the mobile app and personal account.

The distinctive "Clinic of the Year" badge was awarded to medical institutions with a high rating of 4.7 or higher based on user reviews of the application for 2024, as well as a low percentage (less than 0.1%) of substantiated complaints from customers.

In total, SOGAZ cooperates with more than 8.5 thousand clinics and laboratories throughout the country, about which the insured left more than 75 thousand reviews during 2024.
