Zakharova stressed the openness of Russia's position on the Ukrainian settlement

Russia has an open position on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. This was announced on May 30 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
"Our position is constructive, it is open, it is stated directly," she said on Channel One.
Zakharova also stressed that before the second round of negotiations in Istanbul, the Kiev regime is "throwing a tantrum to get its own price."
She recalled that before the first round of direct talks in Istanbul, Ukraine was not satisfied with the Russian delegation.
"Allegedly, its composition is not the same, the level is also allegedly not suitable, it even came to the word "sham" on the part of the Kiev regime. How did it end? They sat down at the negotiating table," Zakharova added.
Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced on May 28 that the second round of talks between Russia and Ukraine would be held in Istanbul on June 2. He expressed the hope that all parties interested in the success of the peace process would provide support for a new round of discussions.
