"A group of about 100 citizens blocked the official vehicle of the mobile alert group of one of the territorial recruitment and social support centers," the TCK said in a statement.

"The employees of the shopping mall used force against a civilian, dragging him into their car, but the regional shopping mall does not report the illegal actions of its employees," the publication noted.
