In Moscow, smoke broke out at the Taganskaya metro station on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line on the evening of May 29. This was reported to Izvestia by a source.
The footage shows passengers leaving the train in a hurry.
"Some of them cover their mouth and nose with their hands," said an eyewitness.
The train was moving from the Proletarskaya station.
The Moscow Department of Transport said that the initial information about the smoke train is not true.
"Evacuation of passengers from Taganskaya station is not required," the agency said in a Telegram message.
They added that the ventilation shafts have been switched to smoke extraction mode. At the moment, experts are determining the causes of the smoke.
On May 24, a school bus caught fire in Kolomna, Moscow region, injuring the driver. Previously, the cause of the vehicle fire could be a wiring malfunction.
