In the Lipetsk region, a fire broke out on the territory of the reserve
A dry vegetation fire occurred on the territory of the Voronezh Biosphere Reserve in the Lipetsk region. This was reported on May 29 in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region.
"As a result of a power line failure, dry vegetation caught fire on an area of 200 square meters. It is located on the territory of the Voronezh Biosphere Reserve of the Usmansky District," follows from a publication in the Telegram channel.
At the moment, the fire area is 40 hectares. 14 rescuers and five pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
On May 28, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region reported a fire in the Astrakhan region. A dry grass caught fire in a garden association, as a result, the fire spread to 27 houses and other buildings. On the same day, an IL-76 aircraft arrived with a fire extinguishing device in the Volga region.
