They have excellent transport accessibility: there are many metro and MCD stations within walking distance, as well as major highways. The social and commercial infrastructure has been developed, filled with educational, sports and medical facilities, shopping and entertainment centers, as well as cultural facilities," said the director of residential real estate CORE.XP Ekaterina Lomteva.
According to her, the investment attractiveness of the districts is also enhanced by the renovation program and the construction of new residential complexes, which stimulate the development of urban infrastructure.
According to experts, in the future there will be areas that will displace the current leaders. Such promising locations are considered to be Kommunarka in New Moscow, where social infrastructure, new educational and medical institutions are being actively built, as well as transport accessibility, Biryulyovo Vostochnoye in the south of the capital, where a renovation program is underway, and in terms of the metropolitan authorities, projects for the integrated development of territories.

It is already in the process of being rebuilt as part of the renovation program, new public spaces are being created here and the transport infrastructure is developing.
