The number of official beaches has been increased in the Chelyabinsk region

In the summer of 2025, 12 new equipped beaches will open in the Chelyabinsk region. This is reported by the news agency " <url>" with reference to the Minister of Public Security Alexander Grib.

Recreation areas will appear in Snezhinsk, Troitsk, Kyshtym, Karabash, Kartalinsky, Kaslinsky, Kunashaksky, Etkul and Nagaibak districts. The program to create new beaches is aimed at reducing the number of accidents on the water and improving the quality of summer holidays in the region.

In addition, the authorities decided to strengthen control over citizens' compliance with the rules of safe behavior and reservoirs. Preventive work will be organized with local residents.

In Chebarkul district, the swimming season starts on June 1.

Preparatory work for the opening of the bathing season is already being completed in Tula. The season is expected to start on June 1 and end on August 31.
