Three people were injured when a bus overturned in the Arkhangelsk region
A regular bus with 18 passengers overturned in the Pinezhsky district of the Arkhangelsk region, injuring three people. The district administration announced this on May 29.
It is specified that the accident occurred on the 41st km of the Karpogory —Sosnovka—Nyukhcha highway. Details of the incident were not reported.
"Three passengers sought medical help in the emergency room of the Karpogorskaya CRH. They are undergoing an examination," it says on the page of the Pinezhsky district administration on the VKontakte social network.
Emergency services arrived at the scene of the accident, as well as the head of the traffic department of the administration, Sergey Nesvetov. In addition, a backup bus was sent, but passengers used passing cars until public transport arrived.
Currently, representatives of the traffic police are investigating the causes of the accident.
On May 23, an accident involving a minibus occurred on the 65th km of the M-12 federal highway in the Moscow region, as a result of which two people were killed, including a child, and nine others were injured. Two children injured in the accident were hospitalized.
