The threats coming against family members of Russian Presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky are an egregious situation. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing on May 29.

"It is now very important that our relevant services <...>..> we have identified where these threats are coming from. Of course, if the source of these threats is Ukraine, the Kiev regime is a more than egregious situation," he said.

Peskov recalled that the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia is already dealing with this issue.

The day before, journalist Vladimir Solovyov reported that the Medinsky family had received threats from the Ukrainian Nazis. In turn, the chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to open a criminal case into threats against the assistant to the President of Russia.
