WP found out about Musk's plans after leaving the US administration

After leaving the administration of US President Donald Trump, entrepreneur Elon Musk will take over his companies Tesla and SpaceX. This was reported on May 29 by The Washington Post (WP).
"For several weeks, Musk has been making it clear that he plans to curtail his work in the government and focus on his companies," the newspaper writes.
It is noted that the American billionaire was disappointed by the difficulties in the work of the administration, as well as the negative reaction he faced both personally and in relation to his Tesla corporation — in April, it was reported that investors were worried about Tesla's financial performance, which fell by 71%.
Earlier in the day, Musk announced that his term of office as a special civil servant was coming to an end. He thanked the US president for the "opportunity to reduce wasteful spending" by the government.
