Putin sent greetings to the participants and guests of the Russia and the World: Healthy Longevity Trends Forum

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has sent greetings to the participants and guests of the forum "Russia and the World: Trends in healthy Longevity".

"The current meeting brought together numerous participants – reputable scientists, clinicians, heads of relevant ministries and departments, representatives of business circles, and the media from different regions of the country. After all, the topics stated on the forum's agenda are, without exaggeration, of national importance. We are talking about fundamental issues of demographic development, saving and strengthening people's health, and improving the quality and longevity of life. Therefore, it is important that in the framework of open discussions you will comprehensively consider the key aspects of the national project "Long and active Life", launched in 2025. Its implementation requires the joint efforts of the state, civil society institutions, business, research teams, and creative reflection on the best domestic and international experience in this field," Vladimir Putin stressed.

The Russian President also expressed confidence that the participants and guests of the Forum would come up with concrete proposals and initiatives during the exchange of views, which would certainly be taken into account in the work of government authorities, healthcare institutions, education and culture, the media, and key sectors of the economy.
