The calculation of the Hurricane MLRS destroyed the AFU command post in the Red Army area

The calculation of the Uragan multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) of the Center group of forces destroyed the command post of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Red Army area of the special military operation (SVO) with an accurate blow. This was announced on May 29 by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"The soldiers of the Uragan multiple launch rocket system of the Center group of forces destroyed the enemy's command post with the first shot, demonstrating the highest level of professional skill," the department said.

The gunners quickly moved to the position after receiving intelligence data on the accumulation of AFU forces. After that, the crew deployed the combat vehicle from a marching position to a combat position, and also aimed the installation at the target. A 220-mm rocket salvo immediately hit the desired target, a building where an accumulation of enemy personnel was detected.

"The specifics of the modern conflict require special vigilance and efficiency from the gunners. The constant threat from enemy drones forces the calculations to work as quickly and smoothly as possible, minimizing the time spent in one position," the Defense Ministry said.
