"In fact, carbohydrates are the main source of energy for any body. "The way out is to build a diet in such a way that it contains all the products, including those that we consider harmful, they just need to be in smaller quantities. A good alignment is 80 to 20%. In this case, your diet will be balanced, and your weight will decrease," the expert explained.
