Two teenagers were killed in an accident in Voskresensk.

In Voskresensk, the driver lost control, after which the car slid into a ditch and overturned, two teenagers died. This was announced on Wednesday, May 28, by the press service of the Moscow region police.

"Today, at about 20:30 Moscow time, an accident occurred on the MBK–Kladkovo–Berendino highway. According to preliminary information, the driver, while driving a LADA car, lost control and drove into a ditch with a subsequent rollover," the Telegram channel said.

As a result of the accident, two 13-year-old girls died from their injuries, the driver and a 12-year-old passenger were hospitalized.

Traffic police officers are investigating the circumstances of the incident.

The relationship with the victim was recognized as a mitigating circumstance.

Earlier, on May 27, an accident occurred in the Omsk region, as a result of which one person was killed. Two minors, a girl born in 2014 and a boy born in 2016, were hospitalized in serious condition.
