Attacks on children by maladjusted with pepper spray are being investigated in Kazan

Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia (IC), instructed to open a criminal case in connection with information about an attack on children by an inadequate man in the Republic of Tatarstan. This was announced on May 28 by the press service of the department.

"The media reported that in Kazan, an inadequate man attacks children in a residential courtyard, using pepper spray against them. The publications also indicate that he had previously beaten residents of this apartment building," the UK's Teleram channel says.

In addition, online publications indicate that the same man had previously beaten residents of an apartment building.

The investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan are conducting an inspection on this fact.

The press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Rostov region reported on May 11 that in Volgodonsk, a child saved a girl who was attacked by a man. The attacker tried to take her away, but the boy prevented him, after which the suspect fled.
