- The Security Council of the Republic of Belarus announced the deployment of Oreshnik in Belarus by the end of 2025.

The Oreshnik missile system will be deployed in Belarus by the end of 2025, and locations for its deployment have already been identified. This was announced on May 28 by the Secretary of State of the Republic's Security Council, Alexander Volfovich.
"These issues have been worked out. The locations of the Oreshnik on the territory of Belarus have already been determined," Sputnik Belarus agency quoted him as saying.
He noted that the deployment of the Oreshnik would allow for a reliable rebuff in the event of aggression against Belarus by other states. Volfovich said that potential opponents of the republic should have no doubts about Minsk's determination to use these weapons if necessary.
On March 14, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko announced that the Oreshnik would soon enter service with the Belarusian army. According to him, the launcher for this rocket is manufactured in Belarus. He added that Minsk expects to receive several missiles from the Russian Federation in the near future, and the launchers will be made in the country.
