The case was opened on the fact of an accident involving a bus on the M-4 in the Voronezh region.

A criminal case has been opened in the Voronezh Region over a collision between a bus and a truck, which injured 15 people. This is reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.

The accident occurred the day before, on May 27, on the 481st km of the federal highway M-4 "Don" in the Ramon district. According to police, a 61-year–old resident of the Lipetsk region, driving a MAN bus en route Yelets - Voronezh, could not maintain a safe distance and crashed into a Dongfeng truck, which was thrown onto a KamAZ truck.

The bus driver and his 13 passengers, aged 17 to 62, as well as a 37-year-old Dongfeng truck driver, were injured in the accident. All of them received injuries of varying severity and were taken to the hospital. According to GOROD48, there were 40 people on the bus at the time of the accident.

A criminal case has been opened into the incident under Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles." A number of examinations and investigations have been appointed, and all the circumstances of the accident are being established.
