The Presnensky District Court of Moscow has arrested for two months Umar Salzhiev, the second accused of attacking a courier in Moscow City carrying 127 million rubles. This was announced on May 28 by the prosecutor's office of the capital.

"The men, born in 1993 and 1997, were charged under paragraph "b" of Part 3 of Article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Robbery committed with the use of violence, not dangerous to life and health, on an especially large scale")," the department's Telegram channel says.

Earlier in the day, the court arrested the first defendant in the attack on the courier Hamid Ibragimov.

On May 28, the investigator in this case stated in court that one of the accused had resisted arrest. He is aware of the location of the stolen money, which has not yet been found.
