37 real estate facilities were built in Moscow in April

In April, 37 properties were built in 10 districts of Moscow. This was announced on Wednesday, May 28, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

The total area of the facilities is about 990 thousand square meters, they were built in 24 metropolitan areas. Among them are residential buildings, social, commercial and industrial infrastructure facilities, the Moscow City News Agency reports. In particular, investors built three commercial and residential buildings, two healthcare facilities and two kindergartens in April, NSN said.

According to Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor for Transport and Industry, housing, shopping, entertainment and business centers, and kindergartens have been built in the capital. All of them contribute to the formation of a comfortable urban environment for Moscow residents.
