Ural defeated Akhmat in the first play-off match for the right to play in the RPL


On May 28, Ural Football Club defeated Akhmat Grozny in the first play-off match for the right to play in the Russian Premier League (RPL).
The game took place in Yekaterinburg and ended with a score of 2:1. Ural striker Martin Sekulich scored twice, while Akhmat scored the only goal from Georgy Melkadze with a direct free kick.
