In the area of the city of Pokking in the German state of Bavaria, a train and a truck collided at a railway crossing, injuring several people. This was reported by the Bild newspaper on May 28.

"The accident occurred on Wednesday at about 15:00 (16:00 Moscow time. — Ed.) at an unguarded railway crossing near Pokking (Passau district). <...> Many rescuers are currently working," the article says.

According to the newspaper, citing data from the local police, the final number of victims of the collision between the train and the truck has not yet been established, but a "double-digit number of injured" is expected.
