UAZ will raise the salaries of employees by 10%

Starting from June 1, 2025, the salary of employees of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant will be increased by 10%. This was announced on May 28 by the corporate Telegram channel UAZ Segodnya.

"This decision was made possible due to a significant increase in labor productivity and the introduction of modern technologies into the production process," the company said.

Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant noted that over the past five years, the total amount of employee salary growth has exceeded 80%.

Earlier, on May 13, the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant announced that it had begun implementing large-scale projects to modernize the site and equipment, including the installation of a new section for applying polyurea. This material is designed to protect the cargo compartments of cars from internal influences during transportation.

On May 6, the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant announced that work was underway to modernize production and repair the campaign. So, the Hunter welding site is being organized at the enterprise, and reconstruction and arrangement of a warehouse for new models are planned in the repair and foundry shop. In May, it is planned to renovate more than 1 thousand square meters of the roof. Renovation work will continue on the floors on the main conveyor.
