The Russian military destroyed the AFU UAV control center in Sumy region


The North group of troops, using a Molniya-2 aircraft-type drone, destroyed the control point for drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Sumy region. This was announced on May 28 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
It is specified that the Russian army, using aerial reconnaissance equipment, discovered a control point for UAVs of Ukrainian militants in the area of one of the settlements in the Sumy region.
"The detected target was promptly destroyed by the calculation of the Molniya-2 aircraft-type UAVs of the North group of forces. Means of objective control <...> a direct hit by an attack drone was recorded," the message says.
Earlier in the day, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck the enterprises of the military-industrial complex (MIC) of Ukraine, producing attack drones. In addition, drone launch sites, ammunition depots, and a gunboat parking area were also destroyed.
