15 projects will take part in the film market at the New Movement Festival.

The second New Movement Young Film Festival is taking place in Veliky Novgorod from May 29 to June 2, 2025. One of the main events of his business program is the auteur film market, which will be held for the first time, where young directors and producers will present their projects to the professional community: distributors, platforms, festival selectors and potential partners.

A total of 56 applications were received for participation in the film market, and 15 promising projects were selected, including films at various stages of production, from development to postproduction. Seven films from the competition program are also participating in the film market.

Project presentations will be held in a closed format. They will be attended by representatives of leading Russian distribution companies, online platforms, production companies, festivals and film studios. This is a professional space where authors have a unique opportunity not only to talk about their projects, but also to hear expert opinions, find partners, receive offers of cooperation and determine a strategy for further promotion of the film.
