Sergunina spoke about the popularity of digital services among Muscovites

Over the past 10 years, the demand for services and services on the capital's portal mos.ru it has grown 14 times. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalia Sergunina.

"The portal of the Mayor and the government of Moscow is the main link in the city's digital ecosystem," Sergunina said. According to her, 2.3 million people use the portal's features every day.

Every year, developers upgrade and launch more than 100 online tools. Among the most popular services are "Electronic medical record", "Transmission of readings of water and heat meters", "Electronic diary of a schoolboy" and others.

Muscovites can also make an appointment with a notary online, book a book at the library, and join charity programs.

Since 2011, Muscovites have used the services and services on the portal mos.ru more than 5 billion times.

As the press service of the Moscow Department of Information Technology recalled, in 2024, the Russian capital received the World Innovation Award for the introduction of advanced technologies, including digital ones, as well as the UN certificate for achievements in the development of smart city technologies. For the second year in a row, Moscow has been leading among the BRICS megacities in terms of technological development.
