American billionaire Elon Musk has sharply criticized the draft budget proposed by US President Donald Trump, saying that the plan "undermines" the work of his government team to reduce costs. The Financial Times newspaper writes about this on May 28, referring to the entrepreneur.

The article indicates that the CEO of Tesla, whom Trump appointed head of the Department of Public Administration Efficiency (DOGE) upon his return to the White House, said that he was "disappointed that a bill on large-scale expenditures was passed that increases the budget deficit <...> and undermines the work done by DOGE employees."
