Four-time world freestyle wrestling champion Salman Khasimikov has died at the age of 72. This was reported on May 28 on the website of the Russian Wrestling Federation.

"Today, on May 28, the four-time world champion in freestyle wrestling, the outstanding heavyweight Salman Khasimikov passed away at the age of 73," the message says.
