Children's Day will be celebrated at the Historical Museum

On June 1, the Historical Museum is holding an action in honor of Children's Day. Visitors to the Historical Museum will be able to take part in master classes, sightseeing tours, interactive programs and listen to a concert.

Young visitors will be able to visit the interactive guided tour "Fire that created miracles", which is dedicated to the amazing role of fire in the development of mankind in ancient times. The children will be shown the archaeological sites presented in the museum's exposition and will be told how in ancient times people subdued fire and learned how to control it, how fire helped people create, create and commit, and become more confident in the face of the forces of nature. In the interactive part of the tour, participants will learn about the difficulty of making fire and the construction of a kiln for firing clay vessels. The participants of the tour will have to find out whether it is possible to make a wooden boat or a glass vessel with the help of fire.

At the master class "Secrets of the doll chest", children and their parents will be told about how the puppet theater originated and what performances were played out with the help of dolls in different historical eras. Visitors will learn the secret of a magical chest that can transform into a theater stage, as well as about its inhabitants, the marionette dolls. The participants from the audience will transform into master puppeteers and make their own doll. During the mini-performance, the program participants will try to control the dolls themselves.

At the concert "Today Childhood will Sing", museum guests will be able to enjoy romances and folk songs performed by soloists of the children's art school "Inspiration".

Guests will also be able to attend the master class "Footprints of unseen animals", where each participant will be able to try himself as an artist and create a unique decor.

In honor of the holiday on this day, visitors under the age of 17 inclusive will be able to visit the museum with a free entrance ticket.
