Investigators have opened a criminal case on a terrorist attack after a civilian was injured by a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the village of Goncharovka, Kursk region. This was announced on May 28 by the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

It is specified that Ukrainian militants attacked a civilian car in the village of Goncharovka, as a result of which a 42-year-old man was injured, receiving shrapnel wounds.

"The Main Military Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case on this fact on the grounds of a crime under paragraphs "a", "b", part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act")," the Telegram channel says.

Currently, the investigation is identifying the persons who were involved in this crime.

On May 25, investigators opened a criminal case on a terrorist attack in connection with the injury of a local resident of the Kursk region as a result of an attack by Ukrainian militants. It was noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces used drones to attack civilians in the village of Budki, Kursk region. As a result, one woman received shrapnel wounds.
