The gala premiere of the circus show "Pushkin's Dreams" took place in Moscow. The experimental show, combining several genres, was created in the format of a new circus without animals with acrobats, acrobats and a unique set design. The audience premiere of the circus show will take place on May 29 at the Luzhniki Stadium.

Vivid images were created with great attention to the details of the costumes. Multi-instrumentalist Anna Mart is responsible for the music, playing Pushkin's nanny, his guide to the world of fairy tales and dreams. She sings lullabies to him, playing along with various instruments.

"We knew right away that Alexander Sergeevich and his fairy tales were the perfect material to create a vibrant, modern work that would be based on our cultural code," said Elizabeth Hamburg, creative producer of Pushkin's Dreams.

Mikhail Kovalchuk, President of the Kurchatov Institute National Research Center, in turn, called the circus show a unique spectacle.

"Sports stuff is like in Cirque du Soleil, on the one hand. On the other hand — ballet, on the third hand — theater, in general — plastic! A unique sight. And the most important thing is that it brings our roots to the mass audience in an exquisite and modern form," he told Izvestia.
