The gunners of the Vostok group of forces destroyed a radar station of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) near the village of Zelenoe Pole in the Yuzhnodonetsky direction. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on Wednesday, May 28.

The automotive radar installation was used by the Ukrainian military to conduct aerial reconnaissance and escort unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The complex was completely destroyed by a Russian artillery strike.

This made it possible to significantly limit the capabilities of the Ukrainian military to control the air situation and use UAVs.
