The Russian Defense Ministry's air defense forces on duty intercepted four more Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) heading towards Moscow. This was announced on Wednesday, May 28, by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.

"The Defense Ministry's air defense continues to repel the attack by enemy drones. Four drones were destroyed," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to preliminary information, there are no serious injuries or injuries, he said.

Earlier that day, Sobyanin announced that the air defense forces had shot down four Ukrainian UAVs flying to Moscow. After that, it became known about the destruction of eight more drones on approach to the capital. The mayor noted that the air defense systems of the Russian Ministry of Defense continue to repel attacks by Ukrainian drones.
