The government has revealed the timing of signing a free trade agreement with the UAE

The EAEU and the UAE may sign a free trade agreement at the end of June 2025 at the IV Eurasian Economic Forum in Minsk. This was reported to Izvestia by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

"The agreement with the UAE is actually ready for signing. Negotiations have been completed, and internal approval procedures are underway. If everything goes according to plan, we will be able to sign the agreement in Minsk in June. This is exactly what we are aiming for," the ministry said.

It is also planned to sign a free trade area agreement with Mongolia in Minsk.
